If your answer is ‘‘YES,” visit the official link below to start answering the Kroger Survey questions.

If your answer is ‘‘NO,” make sure to enter the number correctly so you can get fuel points! The Survey system requires this information to link your visit to a specific store.

  • Enter Store Phone Number – Found at the top of your receipt.

Note: Enter ten digits with no spaces or other characters (ex. 5613211234).

Once you start the Survey, you must first choose your primary reason for visiting the Kroger store.

  • To visit the pharmacy

Points To Remember While Taking The Survey

  • The Survey must be accessed from the official customer survey portal, kroger.com/i/feedback.
  • The United States is the only eligible location, and its citizens can only participate in the Survey.
  • The participant must be eighteen years old to be eligible.
  • You must purchase to enter the Survey, and you must provide an Entry ID to validate your purchase at the Kroger store.
  • People who are related to the Sponsor’s employees are not allowed to take the Survey.

How To Participate In The Survey?

  1. Access the Kroger Survey web page at www.kroger.com/i/feedback.
  2. Fill in the Entry ID from the cash register receipt to confirm the purchase.
  3. If you don’t have an Entry ID printed on the receipt, provide details such as the date and time of your visit and the store’s phone number.
  4. Share your feedback on a recent visit to the Kroger store, the overall shopping experience, and associate behavior.
  5. If you have a loyalty card membership, you will receive 50 fuel points loaded into your account after completing the Survey.
